Fresh Produce and Summertime Fun in the Kitchen

fresh produce

Summertime is definitely here and I am excited to start eating fresh produce! Whether from the garden or farmers market, fruits and veggies are always welcomed into my kitchen and onto my plate. I am not sure about you, but sometimes I need some inspiration for what fruits and veggies to choose. My friend, Tana Amen, has some excellent recipes and advice on her blog. In fact, I stumbled upon the following post about farmer’s market feasts and discovered a few things about how to choose the most nutritious fruits and veggies.

To inspire you further, I will leave a few tasty recipes for your enjoyment! This will allow you to put your veggies and fresh herbs to use:

  • Mindful Minestrone Soup
  • Cool Kale Salad with Cilantro Dressing
  • Happy Brain Halibut with Pesto Cream Sauce

Happy feasting!
