Last week we took a look at the refreshing color: YELLOW. Today, the Summer freshness and my love for the color yellow continues in my lemon curd recipe.
Lemon Curd
3 eggs
5 Tablespoons of melted butter
1 cup of sugar
3 lemons
Directions:
*Zest lemons than squeeze all the juice out
*Mix all the ingredients together
*Cook on the stove top on medium low until it thickens
*Stirring constantly
*Cool in the fridge (it will thicken more>>>>)
Spread on homemade scones or spread on your favorite crepe.
