Dressing Your Thanksgiving Table

first thanks

“The First Thanksgiving” 1621

Jean Leon Gerone Ferris (1863-1930)

As excited as I may be to break out the red and green, I still have a table to dress for Thanksgiving. From casual and fun to chic and sophisticated – there are no boundaries when it comes to selecting a theme for your Thanksgiving table. This week’s roundup is a delectable rainbow of inspiration and ideas for setting your table to give thanks in style.

I love the Jewel Tones of this tablescape. The berries also add a bit of spice to the decor. I encourage you to think outside of the box this Thanksgiving and allow your tablescape to reveal some of your personality.

This year I have noticed that succulents within pumpkins or gourds is trending. I love the idea of using pumpkins as a natural vase for either flowers or succulents. You could also use tiny pumpkins as candleholders.

Express yourself this Thanksgiving while you dress up the table. Feel free to deter from using the typical autumn colors and decorate your table to suit your own personal taste. I am sure that everyone will enjoy the end result.

So inspiring. I will try using a pumpkin for my succulent obsession.
