All Things Bling and Gold Decor

quote-21

It is the beginning of a new year and I thought that it would be wonderful to start things in style with gold accents! Marsala is introduced as the Pantone color of the year and its warm hue is sure to win people over. When paired with gold, this color is sure to impress.

Screen Shot 2014-12-31 at 3.00.09 PMAs always, throw pillows are an easy way to change up your decor. By adding some sparkly and elegant pillows your room can instantly be transformed from drab to fab. Isn’t the new Pantone color beautiful? I love the way that it looks next to the gold.

I love the color combinations that are in this room. The creme, gold, silver, and black hues are extremely elegant.

While this room has a bit more gold than most people would feel comfortable with, the solid black walls and chairs help gold take the center stage. Isn’t this a beautiful and unique dining table?

With your house sparkling, don’t forget to freshen up your look with a simple scarf, sparkling nails, and a fun lip color. If you aren’t feeling brave you can skip the berry tint and stick with a holiday red.

Happy New Year!
