Green

The color green is not only easy on the eyes, it is also the color of nature and happens to be both calming and refreshing to look at. As such, it should come as no surprise that green is one of the most popular decorating colors…

March will be here in the blink of an eye and hopefully the color emerald green will begin to appear. I am loving this color and the many ways in which it can be utilized. Whether you add a touch of color to the kitchen, some new pillows, or a bit more of the outdoors through succulents, it is always a pleasant surprise to see a pop of green added to your everyday decor.

A simple dash of color can go a long way. If you have a more earthy or traditional living room, I suggest adding some bright accent colors to help bring in the Spring. As you can see, it is not hard to add a bit of green to your everyday life.

One way to add some freshness and life to your decor is to frame a bit of nature.

Consider adding some green to your palate by baking a Fig and Pistachio cake.

Here is some green and pink inspiration to help ease the transition from February to March.

Love your emphasis on shades of green. Live green plants are beautiful to add accents, too.
