Even though it is close to the end of December, I would still like to recommend a book to you. It is called "The Greatest Gift… Unwrapping the Full Love Story of Christmas" by Ann Voskamp. She also wrote another great book called "One Thousand Gifts." Ann begins each chapter with a section of scripture and then adds her own thoughts which I truly have loved; they are so full of truth. Finally, I was big enough! When my mom gave me permission to take the nativity set out of the Christmas Box and place it on the foyer table, I ran! I was about six years old and delighted to help decorate the house for Christmas. Putting the barn, animals, Joseph and Mary and Baby Jesus just right on the entry table was a big responsibility.
