Summertime is definitely here and I am excited to start eating fresh produce! Whether from the garden or farmers market, fruits and veggies are always welcomed into my kitchen and onto my plate. I am not sure about you, but sometimes I need some inspiration for what fruits and veggies to choose. My friend, Tana Amen, has some excellent recipes and advice on her blog. In fact, I stumbled upon the following post about farmer’s market feasts and discovered a few things about how to choose the most nutritious fruits and veggies.
